A lot of people around us read. We start reading books as soon as we learn to do so, in our younger years in school. Most of the knowledge we gain over the years is the product of reading.

As adults, a lot of us are too busy to read, or just don't. Maybe you're one of those  people who don't see what all the fuss is about, or you just don't make time for reading anymore.

Whether it's the morning newspaper, a novel or even magazines. Reading provides a number of benefits to our brain, helping it develop, and also help us understand ourselves and the world around us better.
